On 7th September I will be riding from Land’s End to John O' Groats.

The route is 980miles over 9days, with plenty of big hills to conquer along the way. I’ve done a few very long one day cycling challenges over the years but never anything close to 9days of 100+miles back to back.

I’m equally excited & terrified! As always, these long events force you to visit some pretty dark places along the way, questioning whether you can carry on.

I’ve decided to raise money for Cancer Research UK. They do incredible work funding scientists, doctors and nurses to help beat cancer. Having lost relatives to it, I deeply want to be able to help in any way I can.
