Story
On the 26th May, I will be running the Edinburgh Marathon in aid of the PSPA. Last May, I sadly lost my beloved Grandad to this horrible, degenerative disease. His absence has left a massive void in my family’s lives and we miss him, dearly, every single day.
In his memory, I have signed myself up to the challenging prospect of running this marathon. There is nobody who I’d want to do this for than my Grandad. I’m sure he will be watching over and helping me along the way.
If this can go even the smallest way towards finding a cure and stopping anyone having to go through what my Grandad did then putting myself through this will be well worth it.
I appreciate any donations and thank you wholeheartedly in advance.
PSPA is the ONLY UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of people living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD). They provide information and support for people affected by PSP & CBD whilst funding research into the causes, treatment, and eventually a cure. Together we can stop PSP & CBD in their tracks.
