Story

So, on Sunday 26th April I will be taking part in the iconic London Marathon on behalf of Rosemere Cancer Foundation. This is a charity I've had the pleasure of supporting over recent years and I cannot wait to get going again!

The main fundraiser will be the return of the Grinch's Christmas Day half marathon around the streets of Barrow. Yep...13 and a bit miles in the full outfit. πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸŽ„πŸƒπŸƒ

So. Why Rosemere?

Approximately 70,000 people in Lancashire and South Cumbria are currently living with cancer.

The money that Rosemere Cancer Foundation raises, with the help of people like you, supports pioneering, local clinical research projects; cutting-edge equipment; specialist training; and innovative, life-changing welfare projects for the benefit of these patients wherever they are cared for across the region, now and in the future.
