Story
My mum - Liz Neill - sadly passed away earlier this year after a number of years of worsening dementia. As someone who always gave more than she took in life, I thought it only right I stepped up (literally) and did something material to remember her by. And may be raise a few pounds for a worthy cause.
So I'll be walking the 26 miles across the North York Moors as part of Alzheimer's Society Trek26 fundraising on July 25th.
I've seen first hand the human commitment, care and time that charities, NHS and ASC give in supporting those living with this disease and its life changing impacts. Any donation amount would very much be gratefully received, as it all makes a difference. Thanks.
