I am racing in Hyrox Mens Solo in Glasgow. HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Running is my weakness so this race will definitely be a challenge for me!

Having had a close family member go through cancer I wanted to raise money for a great cause during the lead up to the event.
