Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.

Story

Annie, Christian and James will be taking to the Wetherby Racecourse on April 27th for Wetherby's Family Day as part of this year's Mascot Gold Cup. Not only will they each by vying for that number 1 podium, but neither three want to pull up and take last place amongst each other.

With six fences to jump over a furlong, Christian's long legs make him the obvious favourite, but Annie's sports background and James' strength means that neither two should be counted out.

Annie and Christian are representing the Shelf Hospital, and James is representing the Sheffield Clinic, so there is an element of friendly branch rivalry.

Will Shelf be left on the shelf? Or will Sheffield eat the dust? Come along for what is sure to be a fun day!

Where?: Wetherby Race Course, April 27th, gates at 11:45am. The Mascot Race is expected to start at 2:20pm, with the parade starting at 1:20pm.

Why sponsor?: Sue Ryder is a brilliant cause which provides excellent support to both their patients and relatives of their patients. It is a cause that is very close to the heart

Each runner has a fundraising goal of £100, so please help us reach this goal!
