Stepping Stones is a vital part of the West Dumbartonshire mental health provision.

Two of our team are members of Stepping Stones and received help from Stepping Stones. This is our way of giving back.

The Team consists of James, Sinky, Sue and Karen. James, Sinky and Sue have been the closest of friends since secondary school and that wasn't yesterday (44 years!). James and Karen have been firm friends since meeting each other at a Stepping Stones initiative, Tai Chi.

On a side note James had a heart transplant in November 2025 and is using the Kiltwalk to improve his stamina and general fitness. Sinky looks fabulous in a kilt (great legs). We need Sue to organise things and stop the other three misbehaving. Last, but not least,we need our very own wee white witch for her incredible sense of direction .( One of these is a gross exaggeration 🤔😁)
