Story
This year I’ve decided to take on the ROC Trilogy — a three-race triathlon series, with each triathlon summiting one of the ‘Three Peaks’ in the middle of it! 🏊🚴🗻🚴🏃
These are not your average triathlons, they are known as one of the UK’s toughest multi-sport events — combining open-water swims, brutal bike climbs, and challenging trail runs, not to mention summiting one of the highest mountains in the UK - Snowdon, Scafell Pike or Ben Nevis - but yes, I’ve signed up to all do Three over this year.
Here’s a link to the events 😅

Why am I doing this?
I’m raising money for an incredible charity, Gifting Goals, that is truly transforming the lives of children in one of the most remote parts of Africa — Djibouti.
Last October, I seen their work firsthand from their annual trip. They created a beautiful mother and baby space for the local community, and it was so moving to see exactly how individual donations directly change lives. Seeing the impact it made, made it feel deeply personal. ❤️
This year the charity has a number of exciting projects, but one I’d like to highlight is the building of a football pitch in As Eyla which is an incredibly remote and poverty stricken community in Djibouti. A simple pitch will mean so much more than just sport. It’s a safe place to play, to grow, to dream. ⚽️
Please help me support the children of Djibouti — so they can play, dream, and do what they love.
As Gifting Goals says:
Every child deserves to dream. ⚽️🙏
If you can, please consider donating, every contribution — big or small — will genuinely make a difference and will keep me moving when the climbs get steep and the legs start to burn! 🔥🥴
Thank you so much for your support ❤️
I’ll keep you updated (and no doubt share the highs, lows, and finish line photos!).
