On Sunday morning Rhys, Huw and myself will be running a half marathon as part of the Mindstep Relay to raise funds for Suicide Prevention.

The Mindstep Foundation has been established in memory of Max Davies, who tragically died by suicide in 2018 at the age of 22. Mindstep funds postgraduate research at the University of Glasgow into the causes of suicide and interventions for those at risk.
