Story
On 7th May 2024 i was diagnosed with a Oligodendroglioma brain tumor after an A&E trip for a split in my head. In the last 2 years, I’ve had an awake craniotomy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy to treat the tumor. Currently my tumor is in a stable condition with some impacts to my speech and language from surgery, however many are going through a much more difficult time with a shorter prognosis.
Brain tumors are officially recognised as the biggest cancer killer of children and adults under the age of 40 in the UK. The Brain Tumor charity funds research for a cure, awareness and general support for everyone going through an awful experience.
If you can spare a few £’s for a donation to the charity, it would be much appreciated.
