Thanks so much for supporting our fundraising! Tarini Vijay and James Smither together successfully completed the Mixed Doubles Hyrox event in London on Sunday 1 December. If you're not familiar with Hyrox, it's a brutal fitness challenge involving lots of running interspersed with 8 scary exercises like wall-balls, burpee broad-jumps, sled pulls/pushes and the ski-erg'. It was indeed an exhausting as well as exhilarating experience.
