This May I will be joining Regenerate on part of a massive adventure - the Ride 1000!

This will be a huge challenge, taking the group from London, more than 1000 miles into Europe and through 10 countries, over the Alps, and eventually ending up in Venice 2 weeks later.

Some of you will know I’ve done a few of these trips before - they are always very challenging and demanding (and of course fun and rewarding)!! As i am knocking on a bit - this may well be my last one so perhaps you can support me one more time to raise a bit of money for a great cause.

I'll be doing it with people from all walks of life, including some of the fantastic young people that have benefited and had their lives transformed by the amazing work Regenerate does.

I’ll provide regular updates through the trip and you’ll get a chance to track our progress over the 2 weeks.

For me, it will require digging deep and will test my mental strength and perseverance, but Regenerate aims to encourage everyone to dream BIG. I am hoping to help raise awareness of what this charity is about, and raise some much needed funds for them to continue their mission of creating opportunities for young people to thrive.
