In July 2025 I lost my amazing sister, Francesca Arocas White, following a long battle with cancer. Despite her young age (50) she achieved more in her life than many will in their whole lifetime. She was the headteacher of 2 SEN schools simultaneously, a mother of 2 amazing boys, was awarded a masters degree as well as studying for her SEN PHD whilst receiving cancer treatment. Despite all this, she never complained and was always there for everyone. 'Cesca had an amazing zest for life, she loved time with her family & friends, zumba, travelling, and paddle boarding amongst many other hobbies. She is and will remain sorely missed.

My F3 pax and I are arranging a charity event in her name to raise funds for the Fountain Centre, a charity based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital.

The Fountain Centre (a registered charity) provide complimentary therapies, psychological support to both patients and families alike and gave my sister and family great strength and support. I am very grateful to them and to show my gratitude I, with the support of F3 members, have arranged an event to raise funds.

On May 4th 2026 we are collectively aiming to run 300 miles approx. 600 laps of a gallop track in 4 hours as well as daring each other to complete a lap in whichever crazy manner we can envisage.
