We lost our beloved father, Mike, to Lewy Body Dementia on May 15th 2021.

On Sunday, 21st of July 2024, I will be running 30 miles from Dunraven Bay to Cardiff Bay in South Wales to help raise money & awareness for the fantastic charity Race Against Dementia (RAD).

Founded by Sir Jackie Stewart OBE, after his wife Helen’s frontotemporal dementia diagnosis, RAD is driven to raise money to fund breakthrough and innovative dementia research. Sadly, 1 in 3 people born today will die with dementia.

Thank you for supporting me, and by working together, I hope we will eradicate this horrendous disease one day!

PS. In the last year, my weekly running average has been an abysmal three miles...so to go from this to 30 miles in the next seven months is going to be a big challenge...wish me luck!
