Hi Im James, I'm taking part in The Kidneys for Life Trafford Centre 170ft Charity Abseil.. WHY? I’m doing this to test my limits and support a fantastic charity. I'm challenging myself all while contributing to vital renal research projects. Most importantly I’m doing this because of my very BRAVE little sister JESSICA. Jessica is 4 and was born with ARPKD and currently has NO Kidneys. Jessica is kept alive by a Hemo Dialysis machine (that my parents do at home). Jessica has been waiting for a new Kidney for over 2 years now and probably a little while longer to go. Jessica is an inspiration to me.. she’s so happy never complains and is super BRAVE.
