This year I'm running The Great North Run to help raise vital funds for Eden Valley Hospice & Jigsaw. This is a local charity which is close to the hearts of many people in and around Carlisle. They provide care for those with life limiting illnesses and the hospice can only run their services through the donations from events such as the Great North Run.
