I'm at it again... this time I'm very excited to be running my second London marathon on Sunday 27th April 2025, and raising money to support UNICEF. Best of all our surrogate and now close friend Crystal is coming over from the US to run it too, so it's going to be a very special day.

UNICEF ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected. Every donation will help to build a better world for every child.

Subject to good health and no major injuries I'm training to run a new PB and hopefully complete my first sub 2:45 marathon.

Appreciate many of you may have sponsored me before, but please dig deep, I'll be training extra hard for this one, and UNICEF really is a fantastic charity. I'd really love as much support on the day as possible too, so if you are around, please come down as I'd appreciate every last shout of encouragement to help get me through.
