Story
In April, I will be running both the Brighton and London Marathons - hoping to raise £2,000 for Spinal Research.
Brighton will be my marathon debut, which makes the challenge even more exciting and slightly daunting. Taking on my first marathon and then running the London Marathon just two weeks later means over 52 miles of running in total (whilst quietly aiming for sub 4 hours in both🫣).
I’m doing this to test myself, but more importantly, to support the incredible work Spinal Research does to develop treatments for people living with spinal cord injuries. These injuries can change someone’s life in an instant, often leading to permanent paralysis, and the research being funded today is helping bring hope for the future.
Any donation, big or small, would mean a huge amount and will help me reach my ambitious £2,000 target while supporting vital research.
Thank you so much for your support!🏃♂️
