Story
Three years ago, I lost my cousin David O'Connell, under very sad circumstances. I'm running the London Marathon 2027 in his memory and to raise money for Epilepsy Ireland.
I'm fundraising for Epilepsy Ireland because they provide vital support to people living with epilepsy and their families across Ireland. Epilepsy is one of the most common neurological conditions, affecting more than 45,000 people in Ireland and over 50 million people worldwide. It is a disorder of the brain that causes a tendency to have repeated seizures. Through support services, education, advocacy, public awareness and research, Epilepsy Ireland works to improve the lives of those affected and create a future where no person's life is limited by epilepsy.
Thank you for your kindness and support. Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a real difference and is greatly appreciated
