I am taking part in an Ironman triathlon on the 18th of August 2024. An Ironman is a 4km swim into a 183km cycle and then finished off with a Marathon which is a 42.2km run.

I am doing this in memory of one of my best friends who lost his life to suicide and I want to try and and raise as much money and awareness as I can in the process.
