People affected by prostate cancer need breakthrough treatments. Research is the only way to turn this hope into reality. Combining patient stories and scientific expertise, we fund projects that have a real impact, reducing side-effects, cutting treatment costs and ultimately improving outcomes.

Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page!

Team J Coffey will take on a unique challenge of reaching the summit of Snowdon alongside a group of likeminded people who want to see change in prostate cancer.

Our route heads away from the town of Llanberis before ascending into the mountains. As we trek ever higher we will conquer a succession of five different summits: Moel Elio, Foel Gron, Foel Coch and Moel Cynghorion, before the grand finale of Yr Wyddfa .. Snowdon itself! We will then begin our descent via the Llanberis path to the finish line and receive a very well-deserved celebratory drink. Total distance is 21.6km with a total ascent of 1608m and walking time is approximately 10 hours.

Prostate Cancer Research are dedicated to creating brand new prostate cancer treatments. Prostate cancer is now the most diagnosed cancer in the UK and 11,500 men die from the disease every year. People affected by prostate cancer need breakthrough treatments, and research is the only way to turn this hope into reality.

Their vision is clear; a world where people are free from the impact of prostate cancer. We are part of #TeamPCR because we share this vision. Will you help us support their research?
