🏃♂️ Run a Mile in Someone Else’s Shoes — Supporting Men’s Mental Health 🧠
In aid of Andy’s Man Club
This November, I’ll be taking on a month-long fitness challenge to raise awareness and funds for men’s mental health.
The idea is simple but powerful:
Throughout November, anyone can challenge me to join them for a run or walk — any distance, any pace, anywhere. Together, we’ll each wear a weighted vest (the weight is your choice) to symbolise the invisible weight that so many men carry every day.
For every kilometre covered during the month, GT Site Services will donate £1 to Andy’s Man Club, a charity doing amazing work to provide safe spaces for men to talk and support one another.
💬 How to Get Involved:
• Challenge me to a run or walk — any distance, any location
• Wear a weighted vest (if you can) to show solidarity
• Share your experience and tag #RunInSomeoneElsesShoes
• Donate or encourage others to do the same — every contribution counts!
Let’s get moving, talking, and making a difference together. 💪
Because no man should ever feel alone.
