Hi everyone.

I am taking part in a charity boxing match on the 1st November at the Cliffs Pavilion Theatre in Southend with promoters Honey's Boxing.

If Only...is a small volunteer run charity supporting adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. it was founded from personal experience, If Only... was created because survivors deserve to feel heard, acknowledged and understood which is very important for healing.

They provide peer support, online groups, retreats and ongoing support to help survivors feel less alone and remind them that they don't have to face their journey by themselves. Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps If Only...to continue to be there for survivors when they need them the most.

This fight is more than boxing match. It's a chance to stand in the corner of survivors, raise awareness and help If Only...continue changing lives. Every donation, whatever the amount, can make a real difference so please give what you can.
