Having taken up cycling in 2019 as part of a charity commitment I found a love for cycling. It is now time for me to give back to the community whilst doing something I love.

The Ride

Starting in Carcassonne, France and then going up into the Pyrenees climbing some of the mountain stages of the Tour de France and Tour of Spain (this will be a big test for sure!). Then heading from Andorra, crossing into Spain, riding south through the Catalan Pyrenees to Barcelona. The challenge for this ride is not so much the 300mile distance but the mountain after mountain climbs and decents!

The Charity

Youth Talk’s mission is to provide the best, possible mental health support to young people in St Albans and the surrounding areas. It's important for there to be a safe, trustworthy, calm and professional environment for young people to feel comfortable in and share whatever is on their mind, Youth Talk can offer this.
