Help Me Raise Awareness and Funds for Homelessness
I've never experienced homelessness myself, but I've always had the deepest sympathy and respect for those who face it every single day. Too many people are without the basic security of a home, something so many of us take for granted - Myself included.
To raise awareness and funds, I will be taking part in this years 'Kip On the Kop' on the 6th September 2025
This is a far cry from lying outside exposed to the cold, the discomfort, and the vulnerability that people expereincing homelessness face far too often, but enables me a platform to raise awareness of some peoples current plight.
Anfield has run this event for a few years now and each year it intrigues me how much people want to get involved and I admire that empathy and sentiment, I even get jealous at how easy it comes to others, It just comes across natural.
So instead of sitting on my arse, in the warm of my family home I'm going to get involved and help out with something I think I'm pretty good at..... Falling asleep.... Just ask my partner Marion she always gives me grief on how easy I can fall asleep and easily sleep no matter the surface I'm lying on.
I'd love to say I could do an abseil, or run a marathon but in politeness I'm not a runner I'm what I would call myself 'Top heavy' hahahaha, however sleeping? Easy...sleeping I can do..
The simple and short aim is to try and raise awareness and a bit of solidarity to those who find themselves homeless. Encourage compassion and empathy for everyone else's circumstances.
If you've made it this far into the wall of text I thankyou dearly and ask for your consideration in sponsoring me. Even a small donation can make a difference. I've set a target and aim to smash it come September and you can become a big way of me achieving that.
Thankyou for your time & Thankyou for your support.

Kip on the Kop is a fundraising challenge that doesn't replicate what it's like to sleep rough, but gives an idea of the situation a lot of people find themselves in, while also supporting those who face this as a reality.
Kip on the Kop will give the unique opportunity to spend the night sleeping on the Kop at Anfield Stadium whilst raising vital funds to support people who are vulnerable across the city and increase awareness of some of the challenges they face.
