I am thrilled to be taking part in a tandem skydive on 4 July 2026 to raise funds for Mid and North East Essex Mind, a local charity providing vital mental health support within our community. Although linked with the national Mind organisation, the charity operates independently and relies heavily on donations and fundraising to continue supporting local people.

Mental health affects so many people, and no one should ever feel alone in their struggles. This is a cause very close to my heart, so when the opportunity arose to take part in this skydive, I signed up without hesitation.
