I am running the London Marathon 2026 to raise money for Spinal Research!
Nearly 9 years ago I was involved in a car accident which caused me to break the C2 in my neck. I was fitted with a Halo Brace for over 2 and a half months. I was extremely lucky not to be paralysed from my neck downwards. 10 years later, it would be a HUGE challenge for me to run the London Marathon. I have to raise a minimum of £2500, so I would be forever grateful if you would support me🤍
There are an estimated 105,000 people in the UK with a Spinal Cord Injury. Living with an SCI often means a lifetime of health and care costs, as well as the threat of secondary healthcare complications.
Spinal Research is the UK's leading medical charity focused on the repair and restoration of the spinal cord, and we exist to beat paralysis.
Spinal Research do not receive governmental funding; all projects are funded by donations.
With your help, we can #CureParalysis.
