It is a grind raising money for good community-based work. Here is one way you can support me in my work at the Winch where we provide children, young people, families and neighbourhood folks with a whole host of support services, youth activities and playschemes and opportunities to effect change in the neighbourhood.

The photo here is of the Youth Team I get to work with. We connect and engage around 350 young people each year through our youth club, mentoring programmes and social action and leadership development projects. The teen years can be so difficult and fraught - our team goes above and beyond to help them navigate through those tough times and celebrate the wins.

Every tiny bit goes a long way and I would be indebted for your support as I train for and finish a 10K run through beautiful Regent's Park.
