There was a time in life when I vowed never to wear lycra and never to cycle further than Grove Park to Turnham Green...

This year I will not only be in lycra head to toe but I'll be cycling all the way to Brighton non-stop.

I'm hoping to raise money for an amazing charity, Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF), which helps save people’s lives in conflict zones, natural disasters and epidemics and I'd love your help to try and reach my target!

By donating to my page you will be supporting MSF to respond quickly during an emergency, treating those most in need as quickly as possible. Recently this includes helping treat patients in Gaza during the conflict as well as in the war in Ukraine and in Sudan.
