Story

Running for Hope: London Marathon 2025

Hello, I’m Jamie and I am running the London Marathon in 2025 to support Solving Kids’ Cancer UK, a cause very close to our hearts. This run is dedicated to the memory of a courageous girl who fought bravely against cancer, inspiring everyone around her. Her family, our friends and neighbours, have shown incredible resilience and hope and they continue to inspire my family and me.

Why I’m Running

I was born in Greenwich, where the marathon route unfolds, I’ve always dreamed of participating in this iconic event. Now, I have the chance to run for a purpose that extends far beyond personal achievement. By supporting Solving Kids’ Cancer UK, I am honouring the memory of a remarkable girl and helping other families facing similar hardships.

Our Goal

I aim to raise £2,500 to assist Solving Kids’ Cancer UK in their critical work. This organisation is vital in offering essential support and fostering connections that sustain families during their toughest times.

Every donation helps fund vital research and support services, offering hope and assistance to families navigating childhood cancer. Your support means everything.

Please consider contributing to this meaningful cause and sharing our page. Thank you for your generosity and kindness. Together, let’s make every step count towards a brighter future for these brave young souls and their families.
