London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. We make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. And we unite to raise awareness and campaign for suicide prevention. For more information visit www.samaritans.org

Story

I am running the London Marathon 2025 and raising money for the Samaritans in memory of Oliver (Shrub), one of my best friends and housemates, who took his own life in September 2023.

By raising money for the Samaritans, I hope to help people in Shrub’s position, and help reduce the number of lives lost to suicide.

I would really appreciate any donation that you are able to make.

Thank you for your support.

Some information about the Samaritans:

I'm running to show others there is always hope and to raise money to help Samaritans be here, day and night, for anyone who’s struggling to cope.

Every step I take and pound we raise could help train more volunteers, answer more calls for help and, ultimately, save lives.

I'm running to show millions of people that no matter what they’re facing, a Samaritan will face it with them.

We Believe in Tomorrow and together we can save lives.
