Story

After taking up cycling in lockdown and very much riding here and there, I thought it is about time to challenge myself in completing an endurance challenge. Following surgery on my right knee rendering marathons too painful to even think about, cycling is the next best thing. So here it is on 26th May, I'll be aiming to complete 100 miles between London and Essex alongside some colleagues.

While it is a challenge for myself, I am raising money for Active Essex Foundation, who provide support to young people involved in or at risk of exploitation and/criminality as well as supporting young people's mental health. How? It is through working collaboratively with partners and local organisations to be equipped and confident in supporting people and recognising that communities are often better places to help support and enhance places.

If you have got this far and decide to donate it will be very much appreciated.
