Support Rethink Mental Illness in the 2024 Berlin Marathon!

Story

In September 2024, we will both be participating in the Berlin Marathon weekend to raise funds for Rethink Mental Illness!

On 28th September we will both be running the Berlin 5k and on 29th September, Jamie will take on Berlin Marathon and run 26.2 miles. This is our first overseas challenge and Berlin Marathon is also one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors so this is a big deal!

We can all say that at some point in our lives we have experienced and been affected by mental health issues or we have helped and supported friends, family or colleagues with their own problems.

It is so important to have access to resources and support and your contribution will help provide vital services such as support groups and educational resources for individuals and families affected by mental illness.

That's why we are fundraising for Rethink Mental Illness so they can continue their mission of improving the lives of those affected by severe mental health issues and with your support, we can make a difference together.

Every donation counts towards our goal of reaching £1,250.

We think it is important to point out that our travel, accommodation and spending money is entirely self funded so your donation goes directly to the charity and does not benefit us financially!

Join us in this journey towards better mental health for all.

Together, we can make a difference.
