Smart Works is a UK charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interview. We empower each woman by giving her the clothes, coaching and confidence she needs to succeed and transform her life.

After visiting Smart Works, 69% secure a job within a month, gaining financial independence and starting a new chapter.

Over the next two years, Google will work with Smart Works to provide funding, expertise, and tech through employee fundraising and volunteering with the aim of building a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive working world.
