An overdue update from myself & my family.

On the 29th April my awesome Uncle Brian passed away. The funeral was held locally on May 23rd.

Even more reason to train hard & raise money for this amazing charity.

My Uncle, Brian, was diagnosed with MND so I’m taking ‘The Old Man’, Chris Tilley on another adventure to raise awareness and a bit of money for this amazing charity.

We’ve decided to keep this one local so the Gower Ultra was the easiest decision. It ain’t going to be easy but neither is managing MND.
