This fundraiser is a double event to help raise money for the Fine & Country Foundation which is a great cause. The Fine & Country Foundation raises money to combat the causes of homelessness in the UK and overseas.

On Sunday 21st September I completed Ironman Wales (at Tenby, Pembrokeshire) which consists of a 2.4 mile sea swim, 112 mile bike ride and then a 26.2 mile run. It's was a gruelling triathlon and a tougher experience than I expected!

Next, on Sunday 2nd November, I will be running the New York marathon which I will be doing in fancy dress! The first outfit ordered was Sonic the Hedgehog but it didn't arrive in time so I will be running the marathon as Captain America and I will be supported by Batman!! :)
