Story

Hi Everyone!

I'll be taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon on October 13th, raising money for The Uganda School Project (TUSP). Any donations, big or small, would be much appreciated to support the charity's incredible work.

TUSP's overall objective is to relieve poverty and improve livelihood opportunities for primary school children in the Namisindwa District, a remote district in rural eastern Uganda, with some of the lowest educational outcomes in the country.

By building quality schools in underprivileged communities, TUSP provides children with access to education that empowers them to break the cycle of poverty. Through a holistic approach combining infrastructure, skilled teachers, and community involvement they create safe learning environments that inspire academic success, social developments and teacher retention. Through all of this, the ultimate goal is contribute to the long-term growth and stability of the surrounding communities.

TUSP has had a big impact in their communities so far, and any raised funds will go towards projects that include; building a new primary school, teacher training workshops, literary and numeracy catch ups, and other core costs.

Thank you so much for your support and donations. Hopefully I can do TUSP and you all proud on October 13th.
