Whilst so many ailments are visible, the modern world heaps pressure on many people that leave a completely untraceable mark.

Mind continue to help those who suffer, often in silence. Supporting when people need somewhere to reach out.

I will be tackling the trip from London to the South Coast for the fourth time, the last was in 2019. I will be 6 years older but determined to get up Ditchling one more time.
