Cairns supports individuals struggling with mental health challenges, trauma, and bereavement by offering professional counselling in a safe and confidential environment. As a small charity, they rely heavily on fundraising to sustain and expand these vital services, and any funds raised can truly make a huge difference to the lives of those in need.

We never know if someone we love or even ourselves will rely on such a service in the future, if we do, hopefully it is funded to the extent that there will be no barriers to accessing the service.
