I am reaching out about an important yet sensitive issue: domestic abuse. This topic is close to my heart and affects millions of individuals and families, causing profound harm.

It is important to recognise that domestic abuse extends beyond physical violence. It can manifest as controlling, coercive, threatening, isolating, and intimidating behaviour, including physical and/or sexual violence. Additionally, domestic abuse can take the form of psychological and/or emotional abuse, financial or economic abuse, harassment and stalking, or even online, digital abuse.

I am fundraising for "Rights of Woman," which provides crucial support and resources to survivors of domestic abuse. To support this cause, I have committed to cycle 116km in the New Forest on 7th June 2025 - a sportive organized by UK Velo.
