Dear friends/vriende, 

I will be running the Verona half marathon on 19 November. The reasons are to assuage an acute midlife- crisis and scout out the city of Romeo e Giulietta, furthermore to raise funds for Médecins Sans Frontières.  

MSF is a charity that provides lifesaving at-the-coal-face humanitarian medical care in more than 75 countries.

Please support my neon-Lycra'd pavement-pounding extravaganza with a bob or two, or even just a thought on the day - these would be greatly appreciated.
