I have braced myself for some wintry pavement pounding to prepare for the Brescia Art Half Marathon on 8 March 2026, to raise money for the charity, Médecins Sans Frontières.

MSF is the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organisation. They run projects in over 70 countries worldwide, including several in Africa, a continent close to my heart.
