On the 14th of September, I will be taking part in the London to Brighton Cycle Ride alongside my Dad, to fundraise for The Worst Girl Gang Ever Foundation.

In May this year, I joined a club that none of the members want to be part of, after Tom and I very heartbreakingly lost our daughter in my second trimester.

It has been, and very much still is, a really devastating time for us; in the immediate aftermath, I desperately searched for anything that might make me feel less alone through this, and stumbled across The Worst Girl Gang Ever, a community (and as of last year, a registered charity) supporting those who have experienced baby loss through TFMR, stillbirth, miscarriage, and infertility. I found such comfort, connection and support from this community, and their podcast has been a lifeline to me in navigating this difficult journey, and generally smashing the taboo around baby loss.

So whilst I dust off my bike and try to regain some fitness after a tumultuous 2025 so far, if you feel able to donate today's coffee money to help me support this wonderful and much-needed organisation, I would be extremely grateful!
