I’m putting on my running shoes again, slightly shorter distance this time to help raise money for a fantastic local charity, Ferring Country Centre. The centre supports adults with learning disabilities, providing life changing experiences for them and I’m very proud to be a Trustee! We support people with learning disabilities to develop new skills which includes everything from woodwork and gardening to riding therapy and cooking classes plus much more. Skills that most of us take for granted in our everyday lives but that for others are hard tasks to master.

Any amount you could give would make such a difference and help transform the lives of those who need our support. Thank you so much and wish me luck!
