As many of you know I am involved in an annual fundraising Marathon Walk for ROSY, a small Oxfordshire based charity committed to providing respite nursing care at home for children with chronic, life-limiting or terminal illnesses and very complex medical needs 24/7.  This Saturday,  22nd April 2023, I will again don my hiking boots and strive to raise as much money as I possibly can, to help try and ease the burden of care on these families with the funding of ROSY Nurses, care equipment and a lifeline of counselling. I know it’s a busy time of year with the London Marathon taking place on Sunday and so many other charitable endeavours to support, but if you are able to spare even just a few pounds to help provide comfort to these local families it would be truly wonderful.  The funds we raise at this event really do provide a huge annual boost to this small charity.
