I am raising money for Friends of TREAD, which supports children in poor rural India to get an education by providing before and after school support and meals in centres in 3 different villages.

I have visited TREAD in India to see the inspiring work that is being done there to change the lives of children and families.

Money raised in the UK goes a lot further in India. £22.89 will buy rice for 15 children for a month, so just think of all the children you could help by giving a donation as I struggle to run 10k ( that’s a big deal for me!)
