I am taking part in just dance 25 challenging myself to learn something different and raise money for change grow live . For those of you that don’t know this is a treatment agency supporting people to overcome addiction , adults , young people and families living with or supporting a member of their family .

CGL works with some of the most vulnerable people in our communities and alongside partner agencies to safeguard adults , children and young people .

Substance misuse and addiction is devestating for individuals and families it leads to isolation , debt , homelessness , crime , exploitation . Violence , families being separated , physical and emotional health problems and for some death.

It’s a growing concerns for us all- please help me to support the charity. For those I know who lost their lives to addiction and for those I know who a working for recovery .
