💜⭐️HALF MARATHON FOR LPT⭐️💜

Two months ago I completed my first ever 5k (following a 9-week Couch 2 5k program that took me 22 weeks to complete! 😭) - obviously the natural progression after that is to take on a half marathon, which I will be doing on 6th October in Cardiff for the Little Princess Trust. LPT is a charity that provides real hair and wigs for children who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions.

If the half marathon isn’t enough for you, I’ll also be donating around 18 inches of my own hair to the charity!

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.

The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

It costs The Little Princess Trust £700 to provide one child or young person with a real hair wig and they currently help more than 2,000 children every year.

The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
