Thank you all for those that have already made a donation, Richard is extremely touched.

For those that didnt know, Richard had a major stroke Christmas 24, having a life saving operation on Christmas day 24.

His Rehab still continues 18 months later, and will be life long.

He is daunted by this challenge of walking a mile for Bristol After Stroke, but will do his best.

Then work towards the next challenge!
