This is the bit where it asks me 'Why are you raising money?'

Most of you know why I am raising funds for Springhill Hospice, because it is a marvellous charity, and community service, that many of us have had the misfortune of having to access. They must be able to continue to offer this service and be available for the community in their time of need

Why am I personally doing the Skyline Walk? To raise money for this charity, but also to remind myself - I am alive, I am a fighter, I want to push myself, I want to make memories - as well as raise money for a community treasure.

14 miles is MEGA. Much farther than I have ever walked before. Truthfully, I am not even sure if I can do it. However, I have my tutu, hiking sticks and more importantly my team. I will walk my socks off, grit my teeth, curse up a storm and just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
